What should you expect?
1. A quick, free 15‑minute call will allow for a simple conversation to share what’s going on, ask questions, and see if we’re a good fit.
2. Your first session will allow us to gain insight of your overall history, present challenges, and goals we can set together.
3. Weekly sessions will build momentum that are focused, practical, and tailored to your needs, helping you make steady, meaningful progress.
